Are all hats compatible with the detachable pom-poms?
Absolutely! The pom-poms are attached using snap fasteners, which every hat comes with. Thanks to the design of these hats, the brim can be folded both ways, so if you choose not to add a pom-pom, you can turn the hat inside out and it will look exactly the same.
How long does delivery take?
All items are made to order and take up to 7 days to make and perfect. Despatch is no later than 7 days after your order confirmation. You will receive e-mails notifying you of changes to the status of your order. We offer 1st and 2nd Class Royal Mail so if you need your items a little quicker, you have the option of paying a little extra.
Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or I change my mind?
As items are made to order, it is your responsibility to provide the correct information at the time of placing your order. This includes size and colour. Refunds or exchanges will only be accepted in these circumstances if the item arrives back to us in the same condition it was received in within 14 days of delivery. Packaging and postage costs will not be reimbursed in these cases.
What if an item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged due to issues in transit, you will be asked to return the item to receive a refund, excluding postage costs. If a replacement is requested only the return postage cost will be refunded to ensure you are not out of pocket.
